LIVE VIDEO: Man jumped in front of metro, horrific scene of death captured on camera

New Delhi. A heart-wrenching case has come to light from the capital. In Delhi, at around 7 pm on Saturday evening, a young man jumped in front of Delhi Metro. This incident was captured in the CCTV camera installed at the metro station. According to the information, the matter pertains to INA Metro station of Delhi. Here on the Yellow Line, a person jumped in front of the metro train and embraced death.

It can be seen in the viral video that just as the metro was about to reach the INA metro station of the Yellow Line. Before this, a young man moves rapidly towards the metro. Even before the metro reached the station, the young man jumped in front of the train. The young man died on the spot. The people present at the station were horrified to see this and a crowd of people gathered at the place of the incident. It is being told that the incident happened at 7.03 pm. After this, Yellow Line services were stopped for some time. No information has been revealed yet as to why the young man took this step. Let us tell you that the incident took place on the line connecting Samaypur Badli and Millennium City Gurugram.

According to Delhi Metro DCP Ramgopal Naik, the deceased has been identified as Ajitej Singh. He was a resident of Satya Niketan Colony, New Delhi. He told that the PCR van of Delhi Police received a call at around 7.38 pm. In which it was told that a young man had jumped in front of the metro. As soon as the information was received, SI Ramesh Kumar along with ASI Ravindra Kumar reached the spot at INA Metro station.

Naik told that the age of the deceased was about 30 years. The metro was running from Millennium City towards Samaypur Badli. Even before the train reached the station, the young man jumped onto the track. Due to which the young man died on the spot. He said, “The body has been sent to AIIMS for post-mortem.” The relatives of the deceased have been informed about the incident. The incident is being investigated. He said that a case has been registered under section 174 of CrPC.
