For the prevention of root-knot nematodes in paddy fields, PAU experts have advised farmers to put 40 grams of mustard seeds per square meter at the time of final ploughing of the field 10 days before sowing. For the prevention of seed-borne diseases of paddy, treat the seeds at the rate of 3 grams of Sprint per kg before nursery planting. (Dissolve 3 grams of Sprint in 8-10 ml of water). As children have summer vacations, most people are going to the mountains for short vacations.
