Ludhiana: Two arrested on charges of snatching

Ludhiana: Basti Jodhewal police have arrested two men Lovepreet Sharma (27) and Taranjit Singh (24) for snatching mobile phones and other valuables from vulnerable people in the city. Police have recovered three motorcycles and a Honda Activa from the suspects. The two were arrested near Jain temple on Noorwala Road. Two cases are already registered against Lovepreet in Daresi and Basti Jodhewal police stations, while a DDR is registered against Taranjit Singh in Salem Tabri police station. The suspects have been taken on police remand and further investigation is on.
