Made a noose of death with dhoti, and the old man hanged himself

Korba: Due to unknown reasons, an 80 year old man committed suicide by hanging himself by making a noose with his dhoti on the roadside. Actually, Karamdayal’s father Jodhi Singh was a resident of Belbhandar of Ramchandrapur block. Due to not having a son, he lived with his daughter in village Hariharpur for the last two years.

At around 4 pm on Sunday evening, he left with his clothes and other belongings, telling his daughter to go to his home. He committed suicide by tying a noose of his own dhoti in a Mahua tree on the roadside in Karma Damar forest, about 1.5 km away from his daughter’s house. According to the police, according to the daughter of the deceased, Karamdayal was suffering from leg pain for the last several years.
