Madhavi Lata giving competition to Asaduddin Owaisi in Hyderabad, got Y+ category security

New Delhi: BJP candidate from Hyderabad Lok Sabha seat Madhavi Lata has been given Y+ category security by the Home Ministry. Madhavi Lata is contesting from Hyderabad against Asaduddin Owaisi. The Home Ministry has given security to Madhavi Lata on the basis of IB threat report. 11 commandos of armed police are deployed in Y-Plus category, out of which five static police personnel stay in and around the houses of VIPs for their security. Besides, 6 PSOs provide security to the concerned VIPs in three shifts. Madhavi Lata recently came into limelight when BJP made her its candidate from Hyderabad against Asaduddin Owaisi. He is considered the face of radical Hindutva, and even Prime Minister Narendra Modi has praised him. Hyderabad is considered the stronghold of AIMIM, where the Owaisi family has been in control since 1984. Asaduddin Owaisi’s father Sultan Salahuddin had won the Lok Sabha elections from this seat for the first time in 1984. He was MP from this seat for 20 years. After this, Asaduddin Owaisi is leading this seat, against whom Madhavi Lata will compete in this Lok Sabha election.
