Mahasamund News: Maximum rainfall in Pithora tehsil

Mahasamund. An average rainfall of 432.8 mm has been recorded in the district from 01 June 2024 till now during the current monsoon. According to the information received from the land records, the highest average rainfall in the district was 500.3 mm in Mahasamund tehsil, 498.6 mm in Pithora, 482.2 mm in Basna, 425.9 mm in Bagbahara, 368.8 mm in Saraipali and the lowest rainfall of 321.0 mm was recorded in Komakhan tehsil.

Today on 29th July, an average rainfall of 3.2 mm was recorded. In the tehsil wise rainfall of the district, 8.8 mm was recorded in Bagbahara tehsil, 4.0 mm in Mahasamund, 3.0 mm in Pithora, 1.6 mm in Saraipali and 1.1 mm in Basna and Komakhan.
