Mahindra Scorpio-N XL Ultimate Edition imagined in new render video: Here how it looks

A year ago, Mahindra introduced the Scorpio-N in India, quickly establishing itself as a beloved choice among car enthusiasts. This premium vehicle, boasting advanced features, outshone the Scorpio Classic by a considerable margin. Even after a year since its launch, the Scorpio-N continues to enjoy enduring popularity, evident by the persistently long waiting lists. Now, an intriguing digital interpretation of this SUV has surfaced on the internet, presenting a more upscale appearance and increased dimensions.

On YouTube, SRK Designs has unveiled a video showcasing the Mahindra Scorpio-N in an extended and subtly altered form. This digital reimagination goes by the name “2025 Mahindra Scorpio N XL Ultimate Edition.” The updated rendering displays the Scorpio-N with larger window panels and fenders, giving it an even more luxurious and well-proportioned aesthetic, bringing it closer to the XUV700 in terms of style.

In this digital rendering of the Mahindra Scorpio-N XL Ultimate Edition, the rear three-quarter design has undergone some adjustments, lending the SUV a lengthier appearance somewhat reminiscent of the XUV700. Notably, the rear fender has been elongated, maintaining the prominent crease that starts over the rear door handle and extends to the edge of the taillight.

As part of the redesign for this XL Ultimate Edition, the digital artist has also modified the rear quarter glass panel. In contrast to the standard Scorpio-N, which features a smaller rear quarter glass, this rendering incorporates a longer quarter glass panel that bears a striking resemblance to that of the XUV700. This extended quarter glass panel adopts a more angular shape and seamlessly merges with the rear windscreen as it extends towards the back.

With the redesign of the rear quarter glass panel, the taillights have also undergone alterations. While the production-spec Scorpio-N boasts vertically aligned taillights on the sides of the rear windscreen, this digital rendering positions smaller taillights below the lower edges of the D-pillar. These taillights still occupy the far corners beyond the boot lid. Furthermore, the alloy wheels have been revamped, replacing the Scorpio-N’s wheels with multi-spoke ones borrowed from the XUV700.

It’s important to note that this digital rendering of the Mahindra Scorpio-N XL Ultimate Edition represents the imaginative work of a digital artist and is not an official design from Mahindra. Although the possibility of the Mahindra Scorpio-N XL Ultimate Edition hitting the market seems highly improbable, Mahindra already caters to those seeking a more premium, elongated, and less upright option with the XUV700.
