Mahua liquor distillery was made in the house, police raided

Mahasamund. The accused has been arrested with 15 liters of Mahua liquor. According to the information, the police got information from the informer that Narottam Rautiya is selling mahua liquor made of illegal hand furnace in his house. On which information our staff left and raided the house of the accused and seized 20 liters of Mahua liquor from the possession of the accused.

This act of the accused was found to be an offense under section 34(2) Excise Act, crime number-431/23 was registered in police station Basna under section 34(2), the accused was arrested and sent to jail on judicial remand.
