Major accident in Abhanpur-Navapara road, highway driver was drunk

Raipur/Abhanpur: A highway hit the youth riding a bike near Rathi Kirana Stores located on the Abhanpur-Navapara main road. A young man died on the spot in the accident. The other one is seriously injured and has been admitted to the hospital for treatment. It is said that the Hiva driver was very drunk, on receiving information about which 3-4 policemen of Abhanpur police reached the spot and with great difficulty brought the driver out of the cabin.

Let us tell you that apart from Abhanpur area, every day a large number of sand heavy vehicles and other heavy vehicles from Rajim (Gariaband) Kurud (Dhamtari) area pass through Abhanpur-Nawapara main road at very high speed and go towards Raipur. During this time, drivers of highways and heavy vehicles remain drunk, but due to lack of regular checking, such drivers are not able to be stopped.
