Major accident in cement factory, many workers injured due to falling of conveyor belt
Bhatapara. This afternoon, a conveyor belt collapsed in the Ambuja Cement Plant, Ravana, around which about 60 to 70 laborers work every day. According to sources, there are reports of workers being injured. Till 3 pm at the time of writing the news, information about the injured workers has not been received from the plant management, hence there is anger among the workers. Ambuja (Adani) Cement Plant is located in Ravan, just 5 kilometers away from the Balodabazar district headquarters of Chhattisgarh, where the Klinker Cello collapsed at 1 pm on Wednesday afternoon in which workers of TC Jain, Maharaja Associate and Vijay Sharma Associate work.
It is known that around 60 to 70 laborers work every day from Klinker Cello to Cement Mill, the negligence of the plant management is being said. There is anger among the workers after this accident, it is difficult to tell right now, information about how many workers have been injured in this accident is not available. However, no one has come forward responsible from the management regarding this entire matter. According to the information, the rescue team of Ambuja Cement Plan has reached the incident at Klinker Cello, in which the ambulance and fire team along with the Ambuja team have reached.
