Make chicken biryani taste like restaurant at home

Let us know its recipe. necessary ingredients – 800 grams boneless chicken – 600 grams basmati rice – 100 grams – 100 grams ghee – 3 bay leaves – 3 cloves – 6 green cardamoms – 5 coins – 5 green chillies – mint girlfriend – 75 grams ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon kewra water – 1 piece of ginger – Joke Red Chilli Powder – cardamom powder – Saffron – 60 ml cream – Juice of 1 lemon – Oil – Dehi – salt taste recipe – Wash the chicken, clean it and cut it. – Dip the rice in water. Post ginger and mint in handi. After heating the ghee, pieces of onion, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves, green chillies and cardamom are added in medium quantity.
Then add the juice of chicken, ginger-garlic paste template and stack for 10 minutes. – Add curd and red chilli powder. – Keep it aside on the chicken pakodas. Cook the rice and keep it in the pot. – It includes kewra water, cinnamon powder, cooked chicken and saffron. – Kneaded flour was applied on the edge of the handi and burning coal was kept above and below the handi for 15 minutes. – Serve hot with raita.
