District Collector Ankit Conducts Surprise Inspection at Palvancha Exam Center

Palvancha, April 13: District Collector Ankit conducted a surprise inspection of the Class 10 examination center being conducted at Bollarigudem Zilla Parishad High School in Palvancha on Monday. He personally inspected the conduct of the examinations and made a comprehensive inquiry into the facilities provided to the students. As part of the inspection, the basic facilities like seating arrangement of the students in the examination halls, peaceful atmosphere, adequate lighting, drinking water facility, electricity, fans, cleanliness were inspected. He advised the officials to take steps to ensure that every student sits at the right distance and that all arrangements should be efficient without any disruptions during the examination. He inspected the distribution of question papers at the examination center, collection of answer sheets, and storage method and instructed the officials to maintain complete transparency and impartiality in the conduct of the examinations.

He clarified that there should be strict supervision to prevent any irregularities and precautions should be taken to prevent any malpractice. He said that the invigilators and staff working at the examination center should perform their responsibilities with commitment and act in a helpful manner by providing necessary guidance to the students. In particular, it was suggested that teachers should encourage students to write the exams calmly and confidently without any pressure. The Collector was accompanied by Principal Mangamma and officials of the relevant departments.
