Easy recipe to make mango jaggery
To make mango halwa, heat a pan on gas and add ghee in it and let it heat.
- Now add semolina to ghee and fry on medium flame till it turns golden (our recipe).
Take care that the semolina does not stick to the pan and does not burn too much. - Heat another pan on gas and add mango pulp to it and cook it in the pan.
- Now add semolina to the mango pulp and mix.
- To cook the jaggery properly, add milk and mix everything and cook on medium flame.
- Add sugar, cardamom powder and mango essence for sweetness and mix everything.
Finally, garnish with dry fruits and mango pieces and serve
