Make Mushroom Manchurian at home
Ingredients required to make Mushroom Manchurian-
Half a cup of flour for batter
- three spoons cornflour
- Ginger-garlic paste
- half teaspoon black pepper
- soy sauce
- half cup of water
-250 grams mushrooms - finely chopped green onions
- Green chili finely chopped
- Two garlic cloves finely chopped
Ginger finely chopped - pepper powder
- soy sauce
- capsicum cut into pieces
Method of making Mushroom Manchurian-
First of all, we will make batter, for which after pouring all the mixture of batter in a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, cornflour. Add ginger-garlic paste to it. Add black pepper powder and soya sauce along with water. Keep in mind, do not make the solution too thin nor too thick. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly. Now heat oil in a pan. Dip the mushrooms in the batter and put them in hot oil and fry on medium heat till they turn golden brown. Similarly fry all the mushrooms and keep them separately. Now heat oil in another pan and fry the chopped onion till it turns golden brown. After this, cut all the vegetables like green onions, green chillies, ginger, garlic and fry them on low flame after adding all the chopped leaves. Now add black pepper powder, salt and a little sugar and add soya sauce. If you want Manchurian with gravy, cover and cook by adding a little water. When the water becomes thick after cooking, add all the fried mushrooms to it, mix well and cook covered for about three to four minutes. Your Tasty Mushroom Manchurian is ready. Now serve it hot.
