Make Pakora Kadhi at home

Curd – 2
Gram flour – 1/3 cup
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1/4 cup
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Cumin – 1/4 tsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1/2 tsp
Whole red chili – 4 to 5
salt – as per taste

Ghee – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
to make fritters
Gram flour – 1 cup
Turmeric Powder – 1 Pinch
salt – as per taste
Oil – for frying the fritters
Recipe || How to make Kadhi recipe
To make Kadhi (Kadhi recipe), beat the curd well in a big bowl, after beating the curd, add gram flour, turmeric, red chili powder, salt and garam masala to the curd and mix.
Now put a cup of water in this batter and keep it for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and whole red chilies and fry in hot oil.
Add a mixture of gram flour and curd to the prepared tempering and cook it stirring continuously till it comes to a boil.
After the Kadhi recipe comes to a boil, let the Kadhi cook on a low flame till it becomes thick.
to make fritters
Prepare a batter by mixing gram flour, turmeric powder, salt, keep the prepared batter for rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan or wok, whisk the pakoda mixture well so that the batter becomes tight and light.
After the oil is hot, reduce the flame to medium and put the pakoras in it for frying.
When the fritters turn golden brown, take them out of the oil.
When the curry is cooked and ready, then mix the pakodas in the curry.
Heat ghee in a ladle for tempering, after the ghee is hot add red chili powder and pour this tempering into the hot curry.
Hot pudding like Kadhi is ready. Take out the Kadhi in a bowl and serve it with rice.
