To make Pindi Chole Aloo Tikki Chaat: ½ cup soaked gram, 1 teaspoon tea leaves, 2 bay leaves, 2 large cardamoms, 3 cloves, 4 boiled potatoes, 5 tablespoons corn starch, ½ teaspoon oil, ½ teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 spoon . Chana masala, 1 pinch of asafoetida, 1 inch grated ginger, 1 teaspoon ghee, 1 finely chopped green chilli, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons coriander, 1 teaspoon mint, 2 teaspoons green chutney, 2 teaspoons tamarind chutney, Take 2 papdis. 1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds, 1 teaspoon sev and salt as per taste.

To make Pindi Chole Aloo Tikki Chaat, first put gram, salt and water in a cooker. Now tie tea leaves, bay leaves, big cardamom and cloves in a cloth and put them in the cooker. Then cover the cooker and boil the gram. – After the gram is cooked, filter it, remove the water and press and mash it. Now add ginger, green chilli, mint, green coriander, salt, black pepper powder, chana masala, lemon juice, ghee and asafoetida to this gram and mix well. Your filling is ready.

After this, grate the boiled potatoes in another vessel. Then add corn starch, oil, salt and black pepper powder. Now prepare soft dough by mashing the potatoes. – After this, make tikkis of the potato mixture, fill it with chickpeas and close it. Then wrap this tikki in corn starch and fry it on a pan adding oil. While baking, press the tikki lightly. After cooking, take it out in a bowl. Now add green chutney, tamarind chutney and curd over it. Finally, garnish it with sev, papdi and pomegranate seeds and serve.
