Ingredients to make Sama Kheer
1 liter milk (you can use full cream or toned milk)
Sama rice 100 grams
hundred grams of sugar
8 to 10 cashew nuts
a handful of raisins
3 to 4 small cardamoms
How to make Sama rice kheer
First of all, you have to bring Sama rice from the market and wash it thoroughly and soak it in clean water for half an hour.
Now cut the cashews into fine pieces and wash and keep the raisins as well. Grind cardamom and make its powder.
Now put the pan on the gas. Put full cream milk in it and let it boil. When the milk comes to the first boil, put the soaked rice in it after taking it out of the water.
Now stir it well and reduce the flame of the gas and let it boil slowly.
When the sama rice melts in milk and becomes soft, add raisins, cashews and let it cook for some more time.
When milk and rice mix well, add sugar and stir for some time and then put cardamom powder on top and turn off the gas.
