Make ‘Veg Cutlet’ today, know the recipe
Material:
Potato- 2 (boiled)
Peas- 1/2 cup
Carrot- 1/2 cup
French Beans- 1/2 cup
Beetroot – 1/2 cup
Garlic- 10 to 12
Flour- 3 spoons
Onion- 1
Green chilli- 4
Breadcrumbs-1/2 cup
Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
Ginger – 1 inch finely chopped
Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala- 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice- 2 teaspoons
salt as per taste
Method:
- First of all, cook peas, beans, beetroot and carrots well in a pressure cooker. For this, add 1 cup of water and a little salt and take a whistle.
- On the other hand, place a pan on the gas, add some oil and fry the onion. After this, fry green chillies and finely chopped ginger-garlic for some time.
- After this, fry the boiled vegetables along with onion. Mix chilli powder, coriander leaves, turmeric and salt in it and fry for some time. Now add breadcrumbs to it and smash it well.
