Janjgir. Very few months are left for the assembly elections in Chhattisgarh. The Congress government of the state has stepped up preparations in view of the elections. Today, a trust conference has been organized in Janjgir, in which Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge participated. Not only this, many Congress leaders of the state including Bhupesh Baghel, Deputy CM TS Singhdev, State President Deepak Baij, Minister Amarjit Bhagat, Tamradhwaj Sahu are included in this program.
Addressing the program, Mallikarjun Kharge attacked the Modi government. He said Modi ji did not answer (on Manipur) what Rahul Gandhi or the leaders of the I.N.D.I.A alliance asked him. Instead, he made fun of Nehruji and Congress leaders. Kharge said that Modi ji keeps saying that he has done everything. Did electricity, schools etc come in Chhattisgarh after Modi came to power? Modi and Shah studied in government schools set up by us, or did they study in London or Oxford?..and they ask us what Congress party did in last 70 years? We just put everything in place.
