Man and woman beating a young man, police sent the victim to jail

Raipur. A video is going viral from Evergreen Chowk of Baijnath Para area of the capital in which a young man is being brutally beaten by a man and a woman. It is clearly visible in the video that a man and a woman are beating a young man, but in this case the police did not register a crime against the beaters, rather the police arrested the young man who was being beaten and sent him to jail. Kotwali police station in-charge Jitendra Tamrakar, while giving vague information, said that a complaint had come to him that someone had encroached on a woman’s shop and when the woman and a man had gone to remove it, the young man assaulted them. Is the police taking the contract to vacate houses and shops?
