Management of Bilaspur SIMS will be in the hands of IAS officer

Bilaspur: Angered by the irregularities in SIMS, Chief Justice Ramesh Sinha of Bilaspur High Court has ordered the posting of a full-time IAS officer there. The court asked the Advocate General to talk to the Chief Secretary and ensure immediate posting of the IAS officer in SIMS.

This case was heard today in the Chief Justice’s bench. The court was not satisfied with Sims’ side. Rather, expressing deep displeasure, he said that after 15 days, the team of Court Commissioner and Health Secretary should examine different SIMs to see how much improvement has been made in them.
