Married auto driver falls in love with 16-year-old girl, then rapes her
Bilaspur. A married auto driver abducted and raped a 16-year-old girl in Bilaspur. The auto driver befriended the girl and gifted her a mobile. Then got trapped in love by giving. After this, he took her away and raped her. The police have registered a case against the accused and arrested him. The case is of Hirri police station area.
ASI Hemant Singh told that a few days ago the 16-year-old girl went missing without informing her family members, due to which the troubled family members searched for her. He gathered information from acquaintances and relatives. But, he did not know anything. Then a complaint was made to the police, after which investigation was started by registering a case on suspicion of kidnapping.
During the investigation of the police, it was found that the girl had studied till class X. After this, leaving studies, she does domestic work. About a year ago, while going to school, he was identified with Dilharan Yadav (23), a resident of Khajuri, an auto driver. Taking advantage of his acquaintance, the auto driver gifted him a mobile phone and started befriending him. Then he trapped the girl in love. The girl also came to his words and started loving him.
After getting information about this, the police collected the information of auto driver Dilharan Yadav. It is then revealed that he is already married and along with the girl, he too is missing. On this, the police started looking for the mobile after technical investigation. Then nabbed him from Jarhabhatha area of Civil Line area. During this the girl also joined him. Police recorded the statement of the girl, then she told that the auto driver had raped her on the pretext of marrying her. Then the girl did not even know that he was already married. The police have handed over the girl to the family. At the same time, along with kidnapping, a case of rape has been registered against the auto driver and he has been arrested.
