Mental patient killed the young man by hitting him with a shovel

Raigarh. In Navapali village of the district, a mentally ill youth killed a 12-year-old child by hitting him with a shovel. It is being told that the child was playing in the village. In the meantime, the young man came there and picked up the shovel and attacked the child, killing the child on the spot.

The name of the deceased child is Suryakant Chauhan but he is a resident of Nava Pali village. After the incident, the people around caught the mad youth and informed the police. It is said that the accused youth is a resident of Sikul Bhathali village and his mental condition is not good. After the incident, the police arrested the accused youth. The dead body has been sent to the PM, the police is probing the matter.
