A real estate businessman was brutally murdered near Foster Billabong School in Saket Colony, Jawaharnagar Police Station, Malkajigi on Monday morning. The realtor, Venkataratnam, was brutally murdered by assailants. Unidentified assailants, who were chasing Venkataratnam, who was riding a scooter, stabbed him with knives and shot him dead with a gun. The police, who reached the spot on information from locals, shifted the body to the hospital for postmortem. A case has been registered and investigation is underway.
