Mines worker dies while on duty, hit by vehicle

Balod. A mines worker died after being hit by an unknown vehicle in the early morning near Avari village of Daundi police station area. According to the information, the employee was staying with his son in Daundi, who was going to do raw mines duty this morning. During this time he was hit by an unknown vehicle and died on the spot. On receiving the information, a team of 108 reached the spot and the deceased was taken to Daundi Community Health Center. Here the doctors declared him dead. From the Aadhaar card found at the scene of the incident, the deceased has been identified as Prasen Rajput, father Hasnath, Ward No. 7, Korea. Here a crowd of people started gathering to see the dead body. There were queues of trucks on the road. But the police did not reach the spot. Whereas the police station is just 3 kilometers away from the incident site.
