Minister Brijmohan New Year prayers at St. Paul’s Cathedral

Raipur. Cabinet Minister Brijmohan Aggarwal said that the country and Chhattisgarh should progress in the new year. It is the wish that every citizen, irrespective of religion and society, should be happy and prosperous. Aggarwal expressed these remarks during the New Year prayer and banquet at St. Paul’s Cathedral. Minister Aggarwal appreciated the work being done by Chhattisgarh Diocese and Cathedral to serve all the society. Earlier, the spokesperson of Chhattisgarh Diocese, John Rajesh Paul, listed the notable works, problems and demands of the Christian community, including the construction of a community building with 40 rooms and three halls with all facilities, lack of graveyards, dilapidated condition of churches and schools, grants to teachers in schools. Minister Aggarwal announced Rs 25 lakh for the community building. Also assured to fulfill the demands of graveyard and other demands. He presented the Rashtriya Ekta Award trophy given by the Delhi Government to John Rajesh Paul at the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence. Pastor Sunil Kumar and Diocese Secretary Lawrence also honored Minister Agarwal with a memento. Minister Aggarwal, on his part, also provided a tricycle to a needy disabled boy. ,
