Mother-son case reached the High Court, petition rejected
After the death of her husband, the mother applied to the family court for alimony from her son, where the son was ordered to pay alimony of Rs 15,000 every month, the son challenged this order in the High Court. After hearing the case, the bench of Justice Narendra Kumar Vyas has rejected the son’s petition. The court said that he has seen this beautiful world only because of his parents. Depriving the old mother of alimony would be against not only the law but also morality.
