Magistrate visited Narayanpur sub-jail

Narayanpur. As per the orders of Uttara Kumar Kashyap, Principal District Judge, Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Kondagaon, a legal literacy camp was organized in the sub-jail Narayanpur. Kumari Pratibha Markam, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Narayanpur, gave information and advice to the prisoners on how to get information about the hearing process of their case online. Prisoners above 60 years of age were examined and their health was also inquired. During the inspection, orders were given to keep the barracks, kitchen, bathroom and toilets of the prisoners clean and comfortable.

Chandra Prakash Kashyap, retainer advocate Narayanpur, advised to appoint a free lawyer in his case. In case of absence on the pending date, a warrant is to be issued by the court. Detailed information was given regarding warrant and bail warrant.
