Mukhtar Ansari’s son got bail
Allahabad: The High Court has granted bail to Abbas Ansari, son of Bahubali Mukhtar Ansari. This bail has been granted by the court in the case of Ghazal Hotel land. The court has granted this bail while hearing the bail application of the petitioner. According to the information, Abbas Ansari, son of Bahubali MLA Mukhtar Ansari, was accused of fraud in the purchase of land for Ghazal Hotel built in Mahua Bagh in Sadar Kotwali area of Mau, in which Abbas’s mother Afsha Ansari and brother Umar Ansari were also accused.
After this, Mukhtar Ansari’s son Abbas Ansari had filed a bail petition in Allahabad High Court, which was heard. After this, Justice Rajveer Singh accepted the application of Abbas Ansari and gave relief and ordered him to be released on personal bond and on two securities. Advocate Upendra Upadhyay told the court that when this hotel transaction was done, the petitioner was a minor and he had no fault. The district administration has done this for political reasons. After this, considering the facts, the High Court has approved the bail of Abbas Ansari.
