Mumbai: Borivali police have arrested a man named Bhushan Palkar (58) for allegedly giving false information to the police that a terrorist has entered Borivali.
According to the police, Bhushan Palkar, an operations officer of Air India, lives in Gorai-2, Borivali West, and serves as the vice president of Visput Society in his residential area. Another person, Pappuram Sutar, also lives in the same area, and his relatives lived in room no. 17, which Palkar was interested in purchasing.

Case registered against Palkar
He was caught and booked at Borivali police station on 24 December under sections 177 (furnishing false information) and 182 (false information with intent to cause hurt to public servant) of the Indian Penal Code.
