Noida. The court has found two people guilty and sentenced them to life imprisonment in the case of murder of a person in Raipur village of Police Station Sector-39 area in 2013, while two people have been acquitted on the basis of suspicion.
Assistant Government Advocate Nitin Tyagi said that in the case going on in the court of Additional Sessions and Judge (Fast Track) I, the court has sentenced Sonu alias Suraj Chauhan, son of Rajpal Chauhan and Rajpal Chauhan, son of Padam Singh to life imprisonment. They have also been given a financial penalty of Rs 20,000 each. He told that in this case the court has acquitted the accused Kuldeep Chauhan and Jitendra Chauhan, giving them the benefit of doubt.
He told that on July 31, 2013, Akash Chauhan had lodged a report in the police station Sector-39 that his father Paleram, aged about 52 years, had entered the house and shot him dead by Rajpal Chauhan, Kuldeep Chauhan, Sonu Chauhan and Jitendra Chauhan. . He said that the police arrested all four accused in this case and filed a charge sheet against them in the court.
This matter was later investigated by CBCID. The court has issued its order in this case after hearing the statements of witnesses from both sides and cross-examination of lawyers. In which two people were sentenced and two people were acquitted.
