Murder of accused liquor contract salesman
Shri Ganga Nagar. The young man found dead under suspicious circumstances was murdered in front of Sriganganagar Meera Chowk post. After the evidence collected by the police, the case has now been converted into a murder case. Even the police have arrested the accused of the murder. Investigating officer Jawaharnagar SHO IPS Rameshkumar said that Vipinsingh, resident of Rana Pratap Colony, 100 Feet Road, has been arrested for the murder of 48-year-old Sunilkumar Valmiki, son of Santram, resident of Kumhar Mohalla. The incident took place on the night of 9th July, at around quarter to five in the morning of 10th July. While gathering evidence from the spot, the unknown accused was traced and then the accused was rounded up and interrogated. In this, the accused has admitted to quarreling with Sunilkumar and injuring him seriously by hitting a brick on his head. However, Sunil was killed in the attack and the accused fled from the scene after the attack. Police is interrogating the accused and he will be produced in the court on Tuesday and taken on remand. On Sunday morning around 6 to 7 am, the passers-by reported bleeding from the head of a young man lying in front of Meera Chowk post at Jawahar Nagar police station. Duty Officer ASI Kanwarpal Singh Rathod reached the spot soon. Took care of the young man, by then he had died. Informed the higher officials about this. IPS Rameshkumar, CO City Prashant Kaushik inspected the spot and then considering it as an accidental death, the body was kept in the mortuary of the district hospital. In the post-mortem, the cause of death was said to be a deep wound on the head after being hit by a brick. After this, the police searched the CCTV cameras of Abhay Command installed at Meera Chowk. On seeing the footage, even the police were stunned.
