I hit him, on which Tileshwar became unconscious and fell on his face, then I quickly picked up the wire fencing made by the forest, inserted it inside from below, lifted him up a little and pulled him, took him some distance inside the forest and made him lie down on his face there. He hit him twice on the back of the head with a lying stone but he felt that he was alive, then they untied the rope of the shoe he was wearing and strangled him tightly around his neck. And came home from there. An attempt was also made to hide the evidence by throwing the items used in the incident here and there. During interrogation and statement of memorandum, the thrown stones and T-shirt and a big stone left at the spot were recovered.
On the basis of the memorandum statement given by the accused and the statement of witnesses, today, Crime No. 34/24 Section 302,201 IPC was registered against accused Bhupendra Kumar Netam by Police Station Keregaon. The crime has been registered under IPC and sent on judicial remand.
