National Seminar organized in Hamirpur College

Hamirpur. A national seminar was organized on the death anniversary of Dr. Ambedkar by the Zoology Department of Government College, Hamirpur. The main speakers in this seminar were Dr. Ronki Ram, Punjab University, Chandigarh and Prof.

Anees Dua had come from Chandigarh. Pro. Ronani Ram published the biography of Ambedkar and his struggles. He discussed Dr. Ambedkar’s participation in the Constitution. He also expressed his views on social change through law.

Pro. Anees Dua paid special attention to the changes taking place in the environment and important aspects of the subject. He highlighted the increasing environmental pollution and improper waste disposal. College Principal Vijay Kaundal, Government College, Baldwara was present as a special guest in this seminar.

Program coordinator Dr. Krishna Lal gave information about the objective of the seminar. 100 research papers were read in this seminar. Principal Dr. Pramod Patial thanked more than 60 professors who came from different colleges to attend this national seminar. Seminar organizer Prof. Babita Suman, Prof. Sanjay Chauhan, Prof. Nitika Chaudhary, Prof. Harsha and Prof. Apoorva played the lead role. At the end of the program, Dr. Sandeep Kumar expressed his vote of thanks.
