Nauni University scientist honored in Meghalaya meet

La Dra. Manisha Kaushal, scientific principal of the Department of Science and Technology of the Foods of the Universidad de Horticultura y Silvicultura Dr. YS Parmar, Nauni, received the award for the best oral presentation in an international conference held recently in Meghalaya. The conference was celebrated on the theme “Agriculture in mountainous and mountainous landscapes: an interdisciplinaria perspective” at the Facultad de Estudios de Estadio en Ciencias Agrícolas de Umaim, Meghalaya. La Dra. Manisha covered the theme “Dissertation of confectionery products with potential therapeutic supplements with ginger, honey and ceruela”, written by her and Dr. Devina Vaidya. There were a total of 150 oral presentations and 88 card presentations in different sessions during the conference. The rector of the university and the scientists congratulated Dra. Manisha for her achievement.
