Naxalites created ruckus in Bijapur, cut the road and put up banner posters
Bijapur. Naxalites have created havoc two days before the Independence Day. Naxalites have blocked the Darbha road of Kutru area by cutting it at dozens of places. Naxalites have opposed road repair and mineral transportation by putting up banner posters.
Naxalites have blocked the 3 kilometer road connecting Ketulnar to Darbha in Kutru police station area of Bhairamgarh block by cutting it at eight to ten places on the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday. A banner poster has been put up here in the name of Bhairamgarh Area Committee of Naxalites. In the banner poster, the Naxalites have expressed their opposition to road repair and mineral transportation. Regarding the incident, Additional SP Chandrakant Gavarna said that information is being received about cutting the Darbha kacchi road at one or two places.
