Nephew conspired to murder uncle, used to romance with aunt
Hooghly. A sensational case of extra-marital murder took place in Gughat, Hooghly, West Bengal. The young man began a romantic relationship with his aunt. Both of them often had physical relations and later together hatched a cruel conspiracy. Actually, Hooghly Police had received information that a dead body was found in the paddy field near Dol Khar. A police team reached the spot and started investigation. The deceased was identified as Vishwajeet. When the police investigated, it was found that the behavior of Vishwajeet’s wife Pooja was not good, due to which there used to be frequent clashes between the two.
From here the police started interrogating Pooja and during strict interrogation, Pooja revealed the horrifying story of her husband’s murder to the police. Pooja told the police that she was having an affair with her husband’s nephew Manas. When Vishwajeet came to know about their illicit relationship, he started opposing this relationship. Angered by her husband’s interference, Pooja and Mana plan to harass Vishwajeet forever. According to the plan, Manas first hit his uncle Vishwajeet several times on the head with an iron rod.
To ensure Vishwajeet’s death, Manas inserted an iron rod into his chest. They then dumped the body and dumped it in a rice field near a hideout away from the house. Residents saw the body and immediately called the police. The mystery of this murder first came to light after the arrest of the suspect and his thorough interrogation. In this context, Hooghly District Police Officer Kamneesh Sen and Arambag SDPO Abhishek Mandal said that the police has confirmed that the accused in the case, nephew of Manas Rai and late Vishwajit Rai, his wife Pooja Rai, have been arrested and sent to jail.
As part of a carefully planned plan, the defendant called his uncle to an isolated area near his house. There he was first killed by hitting him on the head with an iron rod. The surprising thing is that Pooja Rai, wife of late Vishwajit Rai, had also demanded strict punishment before the arrest of the murderer. While he pretends to declare his innocence. The police have now produced both the accused in the court and taken them into police custody.
