Indore: Thugs blocked traffic for a birthday party, misbehaved with police officers; 3 arrested.

Madhya Pradesh: Three men assaulted and misbehaved with two police officers after being stopped for celebrating a birthday on the roadside and causing a traffic jam in the Banganga police station area. Police have registered a case against the accused and arrested them.
Banganga police station in-charge Siyaram Gurjar said the incident occurred on Friday night in the New Bajrangpura area. Some people had parked their vehicles on the road and gathered to celebrate a birthday, causing inconvenience to pedestrians and other commuters. When police officers Ramkumar Tyagi and Charan Singh asked them to clear the road, the accused started shouting and arguing. During the altercation, they pushed the officers and physically assaulted them. The accused and their associates also stood in front of the police vehicle, preventing the team from responding to another call.
A case has been registered against Dheeraj, Vikram, and Aryan under sections 221 (obstructing a public servant in the discharge of his duty), 132 (using criminal force against a public servant), and 121 (voluntarily causing hurt to deter a public servant from his duty) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
