San Francisco: New lawsuits have been filed against Elon Musk and his social media platform X. A 22-year-old college graduate is suing the tech billionaire for negligent conduct. The lawsuit alleges that Musk defamed Benjamin Brody by saying that he had “participated in a violent street brawl on behalf of a neo-Nazi extremist group.” Musk also falsely said that Broidy’s alleged involvement in the extremist controversy meant the incident was likely a campaign to deceive the American public, according to the indictment.
