Newly married bride found dead in Angul of Odisha, dowry death suspected

Athmallik: In a tragic incident, a newly married bride was found dead in Angul of Odisha, said reliable reports on Saturday. The incident of the death of the newly married bride under mysterious circumstances has been reported from Aieda village under Athmallik block in Angul district of Odisha.

Reliable reports say that the newly married girl was found dead under mysterious circumstance in her in-laws house. Her parents and family members have alleged that the girl has been killed by her in-laws family after being tortured for dowry.

The local police have reached the spot and are investigating into the matter. The body of the woman has been sent for postmortem by the police to ascertain the cause of death.
