Nishant Malkani visited Shankaracharya temple during the shoot of ‘Pashmina-Dhaage Mohabbat Ke’ in Kashmir.
Mumbai : Actor Nishant Malkani, who plays the character of Raghav in the television show ‘Pashmina-Dhaage Mohabbat Ke’, visited the Shankaracharya Temple during the shooting of the show in Kashmir. The actor shared his experience regarding this.
The show ‘Pashmina – Dhaage Mohabbat Ke’ is based on Kashmir. It presents the love story between Pashmina and Raghav.
The production team carefully examined around a hundred houseboats before settling on one that had a spectacular view of the Shankaracharya Temple. The houseboat also plays an important role in the story of the show and highlights the peaceful beauty of Dal Lake.
Sharing his experience, Nishant Malkani said, “When I got a day off during my shoot in Srinagar, I decided to visit Shankaracharya Temple. I saw this beautiful temple while shooting on the houseboat where Pashmina lives.
It took me about 45 minutes to reach the main gate of the temple and from there, the real journey of the temple began as I had to climb about 250 steps. But despite the climb being physically demanding, there was an amazing feeling of positivity during the climb.”
He further noted, “It was almost as if the very essence of the place was uplifting. Once I reached the temple and looked down at the city of Srinagar below, I realized that the story set in Kashmir is incomplete without the backdrop of this divine temple. The charm of Kashmir is truly unique, and the view from the temple is absolutely incomparable.”
‘Pashmina-Dhaage Mohabbat Ke’ airs from Monday to Saturday on Sony SAB.
