How to make Sev Barfi
To make sev barfi, first make sev without salt. Now pour milk in a pan, stir continuously and add sugar. Add saffron, cardamom and khoya to the milk mixture for yellow color. Now add chopped sev to it and let it cook. When the milk dries, add two spoons of ghee. Now apply ghee in the tray and garnish with finely chopped pistachio almonds and keep it in the fridge to set. After setting, cut and serve.
How to make Sev Chikki
To make Sev Chikki, first make simple Sev without salt (Method of making Chikki). After making sev, crush it and keep it. Now put sugar in a pan and melt it on medium flame. Melt it without increasing the flame and keep stirring continuously. When the syrup melts well, add sev to it, mix it and shift it to a tray greased with ghee. Spread it well in the tray and roll it with a rolling pin so that it remains even on all sides without becoming thick or thin. Later cut it into desired shape.
Method of making sev laddus
To make sev laddus, first make simple sev without salt by making gram flour batter. When the sev is ready, crush it and keep it in a big plate or plate. Now put jaggery in a pan and add half a bowl of water. After adding water, make syrup by stirring it continuously. When the hard syrup is ready, add it to the sev, mix it and easily make round laddus by taking the sev in your hands without burning. After making laddus, keep them outside for some time, then store them in an air tight container and eat them for 15 days.
