Baloda Bazar. Divisional Commissioner Dr. Sanjay Alang, during his stay in Balodabazar district today, made a surprise inspection of the Tehsil, Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) office including the Joint District Office and reviewed the functioning. During the inspection, he made a thorough inspection of various maintained registers and documents including various branches of offices like Kanungo, Finance, WBM, Record Room and gave instructions to collector Chandan Kumar and other concerned officials to resolve the pending cases of the revenue department expeditiously. .
During the inspection in the Tehsil Court, the commissioner found serious deficiencies in the maintenance of the registers. On which issuing show cause notice to Balodabazar Tehsildar Balram Tamboli and Naib Nazir branch in-charge Malikram Yadav, instructed to rectify the record within 15 days. The commissioner has given instructions to speed up the disposal of cases by studying the cases of all the courts one by one. He said during the inspection that the beneficiaries are facing a lot of trouble due to frequent calling for appearance. This is not only a waste of their money, but also a waste of time. Therefore, reducing all muscles, solve the cases soon.
He said that the records are not being rectified. For this, incomplete cancellation of cases is also an important reason, so for this, all judicial magistrates will be able to cancel their cases only when the said copy is added by mentioning B-1, P-2 and Khasra. During this, he met the applicant farmer village Kanji resident Baburao and the delegation of lawyers who came to Tehsil and took information. During this, the lawyers apprised the commissioner about the problems being faced in the revenue courts. Commissioner Alang, while assuring early redressal, directed the collector to find a suitable solution.
