Notification for CGPSC 2023 exam will be released soon
Raipur. Amidst the High Court’s ban on the joining of the controversially selected candidates in Year 22, the State Public Service Commission is going to advertise the posts for Year 23 batch in a day or two. This year, about 230 posts of state service are to be recruited.
PSC sources said that since the code of conduct is in place now, PSC advertises new recruitment posts on 26th November every year. So he has sought permission from the Election Commission to avoid zero year. As soon as the green signal is received from the Commission, the posts will be advertised inviting applications.
Commission Secretary JK Dhruv said that advertisements will be issued in just one or two days. Sources said that this year 230 posts of state level first class officers have been sanctioned. Of these, only eight posts of Deputy Collectors have been mentioned. The application process for these will be completed in December, January. After that, preliminary examination (Prelims) is taken in February and final selection examination (Mains) is taken in June. The final selection list is announced in October after interviews in September.
