Now ITBP opened camp in Naxalite stronghold

Narayanpur. 53rd Corps ITBP established a new camp in Kasturmetta, one of the most Naxal affected areas considered to be a stronghold of Naxalites in Abujhmad of Narayanpur district. In this area affected by Naxal problem, a new camp has been established with the special cooperation of DRG, District Force Chhattisgarh Police and ITBP.

With the aim of effectively conducting anti-Naxal operations against the Maoists in the Naxal-affected areas, along with benefiting the people of the area with roads, bridges, culverts, electricity supply, ration, Anganwadi centers, education facilities and other basic facilities, a new Camp has been set up. Shri Sanjeev Raina, IG ITBP told the local people on this occasion that with the opening of ITBP camp in this area, thousands of villagers will get freedom from Naxal terror and the benefits of development and welfare schemes of the government will reach the people. With the establishment of a new camp in this area, people living in this area, which is called the stronghold of Naxalites, will join the mainstream.
