There is no need to go to the bank branch to open it. This account can be opened through video KYC. In this, RuPay Classic Card will be issued to the customer. Apart from this, facility of check book, SMS alert, SBI quick missed call is also available. In this, signatures will be taken during the video KYC process. After opening the account, customers can apply for check book through YONO/INB/Branch. Besides, through this account you can also transfer money through NEFT, IMPS, UPI.
Who can open an account
Any person above 18 years of age can open this account. However, this bank account is a single operating account, that is, if you want to open it jointly then you will not get this option in it. Apart from this, nomination is necessary while opening this account.
how to open account
To open this account, you will have to install Yono app in your mobile.
Here click on New Saving Account and go to No Branch Visit option and select Insta Saving Account.
