Number of white tigers in Bhilai Maitri Bagh increased to 10

Bhilai. White tigress Roma has given birth to two cubs together in Maitri Bagh of the district. Both the cubs have been kept under the observation of doctors. Earlier, white tigress Roma had given birth to a small cub on 8 September. At present the number of white tigers in Maitri Bagh has increased to 10.

Maitri Bagh Horticulture Department Management Dr. NK Jain informed that the white tigress Roma has given birth to two small cubs. The father of these cubs is free. Earlier on April 28, white tigress Raksha had given birth to three cubs simultaneously.

For four months after birth, the little cubs were kept with their mother in a dark room under the special supervision of doctors for breastfeeding and other reasons. These two cubs born in Maitri Bagh will also be kept under the supervision of a doctor.

As medicine, they will be given special types of vitamin-rich medicines. Maitri Bagh management will reunite the little cubs with their mother tomorrow. With this both will be released in the cage.
