Objectionable remarks against female MP, FIR against the accused
Ballia: A case has been registered against a youth for making inappropriate remarks against Samajwadi Party (SP) MP Dimple Yadav.
Police said that an FIR has been registered against Ramdhani Rajbhar, a resident of South Patkhauli village of Maniyar police station area, for making inappropriate comments against SP MP Dimple Yadav on social networking sites ‘X’ and ‘Facebook’.
DSP Shiv Narayan Vais said that between September 3 and 7, objectionable posts were made on social networking sites about SP MP Dimple Yadav and Yadav caste. SP supporters have demanded action against Rajbhar regarding this post.
In this case, an FIR was registered under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Information Technology (IT) Act on the complaint of Maniyar police station in-charge Mantosh Singh. It is noteworthy that Dimple Yadav is MP from Mainpuri. She is the wife of Akhilesh Yadav.
