Objections invited on reorganization, re-demarcation and reorganization of Panchayat committees
District Collector Siddharth Sihag has invited objections by publishing the draft of the proposal received from Rajgarh Sub-Divisional Officer according to the prescribed criteria for reorganization, demarcation and re-creation of Rajgarh and Siddhmukh Panchayat Committees of the district.
According to the issued order, the general public can submit objections till August 21, 2023 (a period of one month after the publication of the draft) in the District Collector’s Office, concerned Sub-Divisional Officer and Tehsildar’s office. For the convenience of the general public and from the administrative point of view, it has been proposed to divide the Rajgarh Panchayat Samiti and make Siddhmukh a new Panchayat Samiti, in which 17 Gram Panchayats have been included. Remaining 51 Gram Panchayats have been proposed in Rajgarh Panchayat Samiti.
The format of the proposals can be seen on the notice boards of the District Collector, Sub-Divisional Officer and Tehsil Office and concerned Gram Panchayats. After hearing and disposal of objections on receipt, the final proposal will be sent to the State Government for approval.
