Odisha: Man dies after being hit by truck, local people protest

Balangir: In a tragic incident, one person died after being crushed by a truck in Odisha’s Balangir town. The incident took place at Gandhinagar Para on Sambalpur Road in the city.

The deceased has been identified as Vikas Baghar. After the incident, local people protested demanding compensation for the loss of life. They also broke the glass of the truck.

After getting information about the incident, Balangir police arrived and tried to control the incident. The police have also seized the body, sent it for autopsy and started investigating the matter.
